Wet snowy morning and rabbit sightings
I woke up this morning and looked out the bedroom window rubbing my eyes, to see a rainy wet world of ice, slush, and, mud. And this squirrel, sitting outside the window eating his breakfast.
I put on my coat and boots to take the dogs outside for their morning pee...
Douglas says... "yuck, it's all wet!"
It's quite pretty outside, but that's about it. The animals will be staying in the barn because it's so wet and icy, I don't think they'd appreciate being out in this weather.
The little bunny I found in my laundry pile the other day has been spotted several other times around the house...
In the toy box...
On my computer...
In one of the beds...
on top of the cookbooks!
in my boot!
Even in MY hair!
And on my way down the hallway last night I had to stop and look at the bookshelf twice...
So far he's been very tricky to catch, but he keeps showing up all over the house. Like a little... Bandit. :)
The deer were out last night, checking to see what Kevin had been doing in the gazebo... He'd been working in there all day.
I tried to get some pictures last night of the animals at bedtime, but it's pretty chaotic as everyone wants in their beds as quickly as possible.... bed equals, treats.
Come on hurry up!
It's cold out here you know!
She's coming, quick run to the barn!
Hilda, the Pygmy goat has discovered if she gets herself in the barnyard in the evening, and out of the goat yard, she can get inside the barn quicker since the sheep get put away first.
Time to head back out in into the wet snowy world to work.
