Easy Mini Quiches

Because you asked... you shall receive...

These quiches are so, so, easy. I love them. They are delicious, yet simple, and done in no time. They are the perfect portable, can be made for a crowd, breakfast.

I made mine as follows, but you could add any kind of goodies to these that you'd like!

3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups bisquick
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
4 slices of Prosciutto, torn into small pieces
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Generously grease small muffin pan with cooking spray. You could use a mini muffin pan, I used a small one but it's not a mini... and you could also use a regular muffin pan, make them bigger and just adjust the cooking times.

In a small bowl, stir all ingredients except filling options until blended. Spoon mixture into the muffin cups.

Sprinkle your filling options over the top of the muffins, finishing with the cheese. Slightly press down into the egg mixture.

Bake about 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and centers are set.
