Looks like a delicious sweet to serve for Easter brunch.
I hope the lambing all goes well. Biscuit does look a little crazy when I looked at her eyes in the photo, so I hope she does not get too freaked out & that her kid is safe. Will you be able to give Monty some of the other mama goats milk to build his immune system up? I am surprized he is so healthy since Brie had no milk when he was born. He is the cutest & cleanest lamb I ever saw. I guess Norman recognizes that Monty is not a fellow dog and hence the snobbery.
I have been thinking about your issues with the hay supplier quiting. Does the nearest town have a feed store that would know who might sell you some at a reasonable price? Does your vet treat livestock? If so, they might know of a supplier. I probably don't know what I'm talking about, but I feel bad about the predicament,
Good luck with the syrup run your 1year.Ellen in Oregonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03484004145095198712noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4703729858648420680.post-43845728165478576592013-03-02T18:27:45.216-05:002013-03-02T18:27:45.216-05:00i do the same thing. i make something, take pics a...i do the same thing. i make something, take pics and when it comes to put it on the blog i have to reach deep for the patience to actually write a recipe in case someone wants to make it. and i case i want to make it again.jaz@octoberfarmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17249328159454897124noreply@blogger.com
